$5000 Dollar Signing Bonus

We offer a $5000 signing bonus to be paid out in increments over a two-year period. This bonus supplements your pay, and shows that US Transport values their employees, especially their drivers because they are the lifeblood of our company.

Our well-maintained, modern fleet is made up of state-of-the-art Kenworth & Freightliner trucks. These top of the line vehicles are maintained with preventative maintenance programs for complete assurance, in addition to advanced roll stability and advanced disk brakes for first-class safety. Most have automatic transmissions as well.

US Transport has a modern fleet which enables us to improve our MPG, use less fuel, and produce less emissions. US Transport has partnered with Smart Way to show our commitment to protecting the environment and to continue to improve efficiency within our fleet.
In 2018 US Transport was awarded the Smartway High Performer award. Using various software and hardware platforms to control equipment speed limits, idle time and fuel consumption helped us achieve this award. We use systems to measure vehicle speed that help us improve driver behavior and safe driving practices. We program our engines to shut down to prevent un-necessary idling and we have a team that embrace’s new technologies to help move our customers products more efficiently.

Guaranteed Pay

Because our business often times depends on the weather, we offer guaranteed pay for those times when the work slows down or loads cancel that is out of the drivers control.
In order to be eligible for the $900/week guaranteed pay, drivers must be available for the entire work week (Monday – Saturday) and have:

No absences
No Service Failure due to driver negligence
No Safety Violations
Paperwork completed and turned in on time
Completed full days dispatch as given
Accepted all loads
